Refund Policy

1. Agency Services
Refunds for digital marketing and agency services are determined based on the status of work delivered:
- Once work has been started and approved by the client, no refund will be issued for that portion of the project.
- If work is partially completed, the refund amount will reflect only the undelivered portion as outlined in the original project scope.
- Ad spend paid directly to platforms (Meta, Google, etc.) is non-refundable as it is consumed by the platform.
- Any disputes will be resolved through good-faith discussion before escalating further.
2. Project Deposits
For project-based engagements that require an upfront deposit:
- Deposits are fully refundable within 7 days of payment, provided no work has begun on the project.
- Once work has commenced, the deposit is non-refundable and will be applied toward the total project cost.
3. Monthly Retainers
For clients on monthly retainer agreements:
- You may cancel your retainer with 30 days' written notice.
- No refund will be issued for the current billing period once payment has been processed.
- Services will continue until the end of the current billing period after notice is given.
4. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, please email us with your name, the service engagement in question, and the reason for your request:
We aim to respond to all refund requests within 2 business days. Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
5. Chargebacks
We encourage you to contact us directly before initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider. We are committed to resolving any concerns promptly and fairly.
